RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
Please read and scroll down to submit.
Welcome to All Texas Entertainment!
We’re so excited to have you join us for an unforgettable experience! Whether you’re here to throw axes, battle it out in sumo suits, escape from a locked room, or dominate the IPS game, we promise epic fun is just around the corner.

But first—the not-so-fun part. Before you can unleash your inner lumberjack or scoreboard warrior, we need you to read and agree to some important (but not too boring) details. By signing below, you’re saying:
-
“I understand the risks (and I’m cool with them).”
-
“I’ll play fair and take care of the equipment.”
-
“I’ll blame my aim, not the Axe Masters, if I miss the target.”

The Serious Stuff ( Made Easy to Read )

-
Assumption of Risk:
You’re about to engage in activities that are designed with everyone’s safety in mind, but much like swimming with sharks or riding a motorcycle, there are inherent risks involved. Whether you hit a bullseye or miss entirely, you’re here for the experience—and we love that! -
Acceptance of Risk:
By signing this waiver, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to participate voluntarily, knowing that adventure always comes with a little uncertainty. -
Release of Liability:
Whether you stumble, fumble, or take a foam tumble, you agree not to hold ATE responsible for the inevitable bumps and bruises of a good time. Then again, you might just discover you’re an axe-throwing savant—now’s the time to find out! -
Premises Inspection:
If something looks unsafe or off, let us know before you start! Otherwise, by participating, you’re saying, “This place looks great, let’s do this!”
Your Responsibilities ( aka Be Cool, Play Smart, and Keep it Fun )

-
Respect the Rules (aka The Playbook for Fun):
Our team will give you the lowdown on all safety rules before the fun begins. Follow them, and you’ll be on your way to legendary status. Ignore them, and you might find yourself benched. Let’s keep things awesome, safe, and fair for everyone. -
Be a Good Human (aka Respect Others & The Space):
Whether you're axe-throwing, sumo-wrestling, or dominating the IPS game, remember: everyone’s here to have a great time. Be courteous to other guests, listen to the staff, and avoid any behavior that could turn fun into frustration. No cutting in line, no trash talk (unless it’s all in good fun), and definitely no disrespecting the team that’s working hard to make this experience great for you! -
Keep It Clean (like Smokey the Bear, but for spills…):
No one likes a messy game zone. Keep personal items in a safe place, and if a drink hits the floor, let us know before someone unknowingly invents "slip ‘n slide axe throwing" (bad idea). Help us leave the space as awesome as we found it! -
One Warning Rule (aka Don’t Make Us Play Referee):
Acting wild? Ignoring safety rules? Causing chaos? You’ll get one warning to cool it. If the behavior doesn’t stop, you’ll be barred from participating in any activities for the rest of the event—no exceptions, no refunds, no second chances. It doesn’t matter who paid for the event; our priority is everyone’s safety and fun.

Photo and Publicity Release
-
Smile—You’re Probably on Camera!
During your time with us, our team may capture photos and videos for security and promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to let us use these materials to show the world how much fun it was to hang out with you. -
Usage Rights (aka, No, You Don’t Own the Pics):
Any photos or videos taken by our team belong to All Texas Entertainment (ATE). We might post them, share them, or use them for marketing, and you won’t be owed any compensation (but hey, free fame!). -
No Embarrassing Shots, We Promise… (Unless…?)
Don’t worry, we’ll keep it classy. No awkward mid-air wipeouts or unflattering foam party moments will make the highlight reel… unless, of course, it’s hilariously epic and you secretly want to go viral. 👀 -
Not Feeling the Spotlight?
If you’d rather not be included in photos or videos, just let one of our staff members know before the activities begin, and we’ll do our best to keep you out of the frame.
Electronic Signature and Binding Agreement
-
Sign Here for Fun:
By signing, you’re officially saying, “I’ve read the waiver, I get the rules, and I’m totally on board. I’m ready to play and will follow all the rules communicated by the Axe Master and ATE staff.” The confirmation screen you get once you hit "Submit" will be your ticket to the fun! Make sure to stay on that page so you can show it to your Axe Master or we will be seeing you on this waiver again real soon! -
The Legal Fine Print (Made Simple):
This waiver isn’t just for show—it’s legally binding. It applies to you, your personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin (basically everyone who might want to argue about it later). Don’t worry, though—it’s all about keeping things safe, fair, and fun. -
Venue Clause (aka Where We Settle It):
If there’s ever a disagreement (unlikely, but hey, we’ve got to cover our bases), it’ll be handled in Bexar County, Texas. No long-distance legal drama here—just local rules and friendly vibes.
